GENERAL
• By requesting the commission you are accepting my terms of service.
• I have the right to decline any commission without providing a reason.
• I retain all rights to my artworks.
• The artstyle will only be as shown in my Portfolio.
• Before contacting for check ups, please check my TRELLO for progress.PAYMENTS
• I will only accept payment when I am ready to start your commission
• Your commission will start after the full payment is made.REVISIONS
• Initial sketches are provided for revision.
• A maximum of two (2) major adjustments is allowed. After that, a small fee of 5% will apply to each additional adjustment.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
• 8-16 weeks turnaround time once payment is received
• Please don't rush me.
• If you need your commission to be done within 4 weeks, rush fee will be applied (50%)REFUNDS
• A refund will be provided if I am unable to deliver the final product for specific reasons.
• A refund will be provided if I have not started with your commission ONLY.
• If the sketch is done, then only a partial refund will be made.USE PERSONAL COMMISSIONS
• OK to use for your social media banner, display/profile picture, commission post.
• Feel free to print your commission for PERSONAL use
• Do not edit my work.
• Reselling my artwork is strictly prohibited.
• Do not use my works and designs for NFT or AI learning.USE COMMERCIAL COMMISSIONS
• Includes Basic Commercial usage rights ( streaming (Starting/ending screens, Slide show), cover art (ex: Music videos, Covers, Voice Acting, etc), Streaming websites banner, advertisements )
• Do not Edit my work.
• Reselling my artwork as merchandise or any other form is strictly prohibited. (+100% Additional Fees will be applied otherwise)
• Do not use my works and designs for NFT or AI learning.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
• I own the copyright in my artworks
• I have the right to post the commission on any of my socials, (Unless specified a private commission)
• Client has the right to post my artwork on their socials with proper Credit.COMMUNICATION
• Files of final artworks will be delivered through Vgen, Email or Twitter(x)/InstagramWILL DRAW:
-Any Gender
-Original characters
-Fanart
-Slight horror/gore
-Mild NSFWWON'T DRAW:
-Hardcore NSFW
-Mecha
-Realistic /real portraits.
-Furry
-Super detailed clothing (Otherwise will be simplified in my art style)

INFORMATION MANAGEMENT
By placing an order you are agreeing to share your contact information and address with me so I can proceed to ship the product to you.
Any personal information you provide will be kept strictly confidential, and I ask that you do the same with my information.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All artwork, designs, and merchandise belong to Mawfische. Copying or reselling any content without permission is strictly prohibited. They are for personal use only.SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS
Shipping fees are calculated based on your location. Customs fees, import taxes, or duties are the responsibility of the customer. These charges vary by country and are not included in your purchase total.Furthermore, I am not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or shipping carriers. However, if the mail is lost, a partial refund will be given.Shipping takes around 7-30 working days, Pre-orders require a waiting period before the product is shipped.CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
Once the process has been completed and the payment has been made, you cannot cancel the order or ask for a refund. The sales are final. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact me via Email within 30 days of receiving the item with proof (photos or videos).By agreeing to these terms, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or more, or that a legal guardian is making the purchase for you.

- Extra Details (Includes Armor, Lace, complex dress details) - +30%
- Character Design is not included with the other services except Character design.
- Artworks used for producing merchandise will have a 300% fees
